For Tuesday started this project due to the isolation frustration of COVID19, with fans of music desperate for an outlet, and For Tuesday willing to inspire. Mark Ferris the all-around creative, instrumentalist, producer, mixer, and focal point of For Tuesday explains the reasoning behind the name. The name came about to inspire, that anything, literally anything, could happen on a Tuesday. And we’re so glad it did.
The new single ‘Count Me In’ shares inspirations through the sounds of the 90s and 00s indie/alt/emo, noticeably through the heavily reverbed guitar and melodic bassline. However, there is still that perfect modern touch, in the form of witty and emotive lyricism surrounded by an ironically soothing melody. ‘Count Me In’... every day of the week.
